Reports in your pocket

With Zooma's StoorApp, technicians receive reports of malfunctions directly in their pocket. In this way, they can be reached anywhere, anytime, and they can decide for themselves whether to pick up a report. Do they not have time or is a colleague closer by? Then they forward the call themselves and their colleagues and manager are informed. This gives them some personal responsibility and the possibility of dealing with calls faster and more efficiently.

Feedback from technicians

The challenge was to find out what works for the technicians; the people who work with it every day, in busy environments or in places where you do not receive an Internet signal. Their input resulted in the following:

Long-term support and scrum

Of course, an energy company never stands still. That's why we schedule a new scrum sprint every quarter. Together with the backend team and the engineers. Does it still meet expectations or are there technical innovations that further improve the app? Zooma keeps an eye on it!

Zooma has developed a reliable extension of our breakdown app with their Android and iPhone app. In doing so, the scrum teams of both parties worked together optimally.
