Kiddie Calendar
The calendar for children

Kiddie Calendar is a passion project by proud parents Guy & Aline. The idea arose from something familiar: it's easy to forget the birthdays of friends' and family's children. And because kids don't have social media (thankfully), you miss reminders. The alternative, asking everyone separately and manually entering everything into your calendar, quickly feels like an impossible task.
Kiddie Calendar solves this with one clear promise: invite people, share children's birthdays, and get a reminder on time. A "one-feature" product that you understand immediately. Free, simple, and made to use without hassle.

Approach to development
The goal was clear: to build a frictionless app that makes it easy to share and remember children's birthdays, without it becoming a "platform" where you have to click around endlessly.
We tackled this project using our Sprint 0 and Sprint 1 approach.
In Sprint 0, we worked out the design, defined the scope for V1, and took important dependencies into account (privacy, architecture, scalability). Then, in Sprint 1, we built the first version that was ready to go live.

Birthdays in the app
A sleekly designed, user-friendly experience where you can get up and running quickly.

Share birthdays
Being able to smoothly invite others is the core for growth.

Reminders
So that you get a timely reminder and don't miss birthdays.
“The team made the experience of building the app terrific from day one.”

Future
We're keeping our plans for the future under wraps for now! But one thing is certain: there are lots of exciting things coming to the app.
