We will build apps for IMPEL's LIFE SWEAP project that allow inspectors, police and customs officers in all EU countries to conduct their inspections quickly and easily. And all inspections will be collected in an advanced backend system where IMPEL can analyze the data. The goal is to stop illegal trade in waste shipments and map, and put on the map, the +- 45,000 annual inspections.

And fun and interesting: next week we get to walk along with inspectors in the Port of Rotterdam to get a good idea of how an inspection works, and to get ideas on how we can best design and develop the apps.
