SURF is a cooperative association of Dutch educational and research institutions in which the members join forces. Within SURF, more than 100 universities, colleges, mbo-institutions, umc's and research institutions work together to purchase or develop the best possible digital services and to stimulate knowledge sharing by continuously innovating.

Zooma has been working intensively with SURF on the SURFSharekit project for several years, which is why we are proud to have now also been awarded the tender for SURF NPPO by the SURF team. NPPO stands for 'National Platform for Practice-based Research' and its goal is to make results from practice-based research more findable and accessible to a wide audience.

NPPO is a widely supported project of, among others, 14 universities of applied sciences that do a lot of practice-oriented research. In addition to articles, this includes, for example, prototypes, protocols, models or teaching materials. This contributes to the renewal of education, innovations in business and social organizations. The NPPO platform that Zooma will help develop will unlock this content interactively.
