The new Lakenhal app is "slow looking. This means that visitors to the museum only grab the app when they want to know more about a painting. The attention should stay with the museum, not the phone. There are many functionalities in it, but we are keeping them a secret for now. :-)

For over two years, the Lakenhal has been closed for renovation and expansion but on June 19, none other than King Willem-Alexander will reopen the museum.
