Record Collection

Zooma is building a unique record collection featuring the favorite records of people who are dear to us and who have played an important role in the development of our company over the years. We would love to ask you to share your all-time favorite record with us.

Did you know that... Zooma started out as a high school rock band? We named ourselves after Neil Young's beautiful album Zuma, which includes the classic Cortez the Killer – you have to love it. Because zuma.nl was already taken, we went with zooma.nl.

The band Zooma stopped at its peak and, from 2010 onwards, continued as – if we may say so ourselves – a wonderful IT company specializing in apps, websites, and digital platforms. The music remained; through our subsidiary TMSQR, we now build apps for festivals in more than 25 countries.

In our office, which was renovated in 2024, we have set up a record corner in honor of our love of music, complete with a magnificent Pro-Ject record player. Here we collect the favorite albums of everyone who is or was involved with Zooma: team members, clients, suppliers, partners, and advisors.

If it were up to us, Zooma would still be around for many years to come, and we could look back on good times and good people while browsing through this collection of record covers!
